TELEMEDICINE

TELEMEDICINE IS SUSPENDED PENDING FURTHER APPROVAL FROM L&I

Our practice is following the latest Covid-19 (Corona Virus) recommendations by the CDC, Washington State Department of Health and the State of Washington Department of Labor and Industries to reduce person to person interactions. In accordance with these recommendations, our practice is proud to announce that we can now perform your Hearing Loss Claim using Telemedicine (electronically).  

ELECTRONIC TELECOMMUNCATION SYSTEM

Telemedicine requires an interactive telecommunication system, consisting of special audio and video equipment that permits real time consultation between the patient and provider. Patient can be in their Home or Confidential location with Telemedicine capabilities during . 

Patient's must have an electronic device such as Computer, Tablet or Smart Phone capable of Teleconferencing using one of the methods discussed below:

Dr. Slutsky can interact using:

• Apple Facetime
  
• Zoom
  
• Skype
  
• Signal
  
• Other methods as applicable. 

INFORMATION REGARDING EVALUATION

• Evaluations are typically 45 Minutes to an Hour.
  
• Patient must have some sort of light (like flashlight).
  
• Only one other person may be present with patient during the Telemedicine Evaluation. ​This may be a family member or friend.
•  Claim representatives, Lawyers, other Healthcare professionals may not partake in this evaluation.
